1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 999phl platform in any capacity – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus – you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 999phl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (" multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 999phl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. 999phl reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999phl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 999phl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• 999phl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) for enhanced account security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

999phl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the 999phl platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your 999phl account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 999phl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network outages beyond our control.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 999phl server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final. 999phl is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures on the player's end, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or browser errors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the 999phl platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 999phl platform.
• Colluding with other players or 999phl staff to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 999phl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 999phl platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999phl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

999phl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 999phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
